The prices provided here are a guideline based upon services and packages we've provided to clients in the past. We are happy to tailor our prices to meet your specific needs, whether you're starting small or coming on strong.

Creative Consultation
Don't know where to start? Whether you're in the dark about how to begin, or have a million ideas and questions, we are more than happy to create your presence from scratch, or help you shape your idea into a polished final product.

Multiple Design Options
After consultation, Utendi Designs will provide a total of three design templates that meet your specifications, or which we feel will best suit your needs. From these three designs you'll be able to select the one you like best, or pick-and-choose various elements from each to create a composite product.

Three Months Site Maintenance
Once your site goes live, you may not be ready to immediately take the helm. We provide three months of free maintenance to your site, after the official launch. This includes changes to copy, minor design alterations, and suggestions on the best and quickest ways for you to take control on your own. In addition, Utendi Designs will also handle email setup and domain registration, and provide you with an archive file of your entire site for safekeeping.



Basic Personal Site
Perfect for individuals or families looking for their own little place on the web. Post your resume, show off your photos, or provide a place for friends and relatives far and wide to keep up from anywhere in the world.
Cost to you: $100
Content: Up to three unique pages
Additional pages: $10 per page ( up to 4 addt'l )

Expanded Personal Site
Maybe your family is growing, or you have a lot more to share. This site is perfect for those wanting to start a web log, fan site, photo gallery, collection, club, or just make themselves more accessible via the web. Get friends and relatives across the country to network in a single place, or make a space to call your own online. This package is also available to non-proft organizations -- please ask us about discounts for charities.

Content: Up to ten unique pages
Additional pages: $10 per page (unlimited)

Basic Business Site
When it's finally time to test the waters, this is the best place to start. Home-based businesses and small but growing companies will benefit from a place where customers can find you online. We'll provide you with a site and design that projects just the right character and image.
Cost to you: $300
Content: Up to five unique pages
Additional pages: $20 per page ( up to 5 addt'l )

Expanded Business Site
It may be time to give your existing business a boost by making a strategic move to the web, or expanding your web presence to better reach a wider customer base. We have experience working with established corporate identities, as well as helping businesses define who and what they want to be online. No matter how many ideas you have, we're more than happy to help you get them off the ground.
Cost to you: $500
Content: Up to twelve unique pages
Additional pages: $20 per page (unlimited)

Additional charges may be incurred for the following: custom guestbooks, message boards, dynamic content managers (Moveable Type, etc.), or anything else which will require software installation and configuration.


Marketing Email Blasts
We ask for at least 24 hours lead time to all requests for marketing flyers, but we will be happy to work with you and your deadlines. Although charges for product photography may also apply, if required, email blasts can be created for a fee of $35 each.


Copywriting services
Unless otherwise specified, you are expected to provide all copy that will appear on your site or marketing materials. Copywriting services are available at an additional charge of $25 per "screen page" (or written page) of copy. This copy remains the property of the client, and can be used in all future marketing materials at your discretion.

A "screen page" is defined as one reasonable screen full of written copy, but there may be an additional fee for pages which require large amounts of custom copy.

Logo Design Services
A web-only logo is available for $50. This includes up to five design templates, from which you may pick and choose the final design. Please note that this design must remain on the website, and cannot be used on any other marketing material, T-shirts, bumper stickers, or business cards.

You can obtain full print rights to this logo for an additional $100 fee, allowing you to reproduce it as many times, and in as many different ways, as you choose. Clients opting for print rights on a logo will also receive a high-resolution print-quality vector file for submission to other vendors.

Hosting Services
Included with your design fee, Utendi Designs will assist you in obtaining a hosting provider for your website. Partnered with a number of affordable hosting companies, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive the space and casino bandwidth appropriate to your needs, rather than being overcharged for services from which you won't benefit. As your needs change and grow, we'll also be there to help upgrade your site and services as necessary.

Basic hosting plans with some of our partners start at just $10 a month.

Additional Site Design Options
Although each package described above ensures you'll have as many as three design options, we understand that sometimes you may have even more ideas you'd like to see on the screen. Additional unique design suggestions can be provided for $25 per design.

Ongoing Site Maintenance
Not everyone is web-savvy, or knows someone who can maintain their site for them at the expected level of quality. If you're having difficulty finding someone to maintain your site for you after the three-month maintenance period has expired, Utendi Designs is more than happy to provide you with this service.

Site maintenance can be contracted in two ways -- by the month, or by the change. If your site requires constant and ongoing site maintenance, consider a yearly fee of $240 (just $20 a month.) If you feel your site will only need one or two changes a year, each set of changes will incur a charge of $40. (In this case, we suggest you submit as many changes as possible at one time, so that all changes will be covered by a single fee.)
